"Another Menorca Seminar has come and gone. Two weeks of excellent instruction by Philipp Bayer whom, as always, doesn't spare any detail. His recollections of his time with Wong Shun Leung are priceless and are worth the trip all by themselves. Focus of this years seminar was Chi Sao, Lap Sao, and Long Pole Form. Other topics covered were Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu and Bil Jee forms as well as some Knife work. "
"The trip down was long but well worth it. Once again excellent instruction in Ving Tsun Principles and Techniques. I've gained a valuable insight into Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, Chi Sao and Lap Sao on this trip. Itinerary included, Friday night session at Ving Tsun School, NJ with Sihing Brian Kwong, Saturday afternoon private lesson with my Sifu Kevin Gledhill, in Manhattan, and class on Sunday Morning in Freehold NJ. Thanks to everyone for their hospitality and comraderie."
